ARTICLE STOCK HISTORY


This is one of the most important modules in iLabPOS. It gives you a clear picture of the stock movements for 1 particular article. If your computer is showing that you should have one item left on your shelve, but you can't find it, this is where you have to start refering to.


To view the stock history of an article;

1. Go to STOCK >> ARTICLES
2. Highlight the article from the list in the Detail Table - To find the article you can type in the barcode or the description and click on the blue arrows.
3. Click on Stock History




The screen should be quite self explanatory. It shows every transaction which affects your stock quantity. You will also see some detail, such as date of sale and invoice / cashsale number in the sold list.

Current Stock = Stock Transferred In - Stock Sold - Stock Transferred Out

If you currently have have a purchase order for this article which has not yet arrived, the quantity is also shown in the bottom right corner of the screen.
