POINTS & OFFERS
This area of iLabPOS is still being improved. However you can already make use of the
loyalty points module. In this screen you can specify how many points are given to a client
when buying the particular article you are working on.
To assign loyalty points to an item:
1. Go to Stock >> Articles
2. Highlight the article from the list in the Detail Table - To find the article you can type in the barcode or the description
and click on the blue arrows to refresh the detail according to your search criteria.
3. Click on the Points & Offers at the bottom of the screen.
4. Enter the amount of points a client will get each time he buys an item.
5. Click on the diskette to save.
HOW DO LOYALTY POINTS WORK?
In short, here are the steps how loyalty points work in iLabPOS:
1. Assign points to some or all of your articles.
2. When processing a Cash Sale or Invoice, always specify the client who is shopping.
3. After a few sales, try issuing a Points Report from REPORTS >> POINT REPORTS.
A client will get as many points as the equivalent to the articles which he bought. The points
report currently gives you a detailed excel sheet with a total of points per client. This
excel sheet can then be manipulated or imported in another program for better points management. However
