FINDING/UPDATING AN ARTICLE


The more articles you are entering in your system, the bigger your list. To find an article you do not need to scroll in the list item by item. Imagine you have a list of 500 items, or even 5000.


To quickly find an item:

1. Go to Stock >> Articles
2. Type in any criteria by which you want to find your article in the relevant search criteria field.
3. Click on the blue arrows.

Your article list will now be reduced to all articles which match your criteria. Typically, you would search for an article by barcode. However you can also use any of the other search criteria to refine your search.

Below is an example of the 2 steps for finding an article. To update, then highlight the article and click on the Magnifying Glass.
