DELETING AN ARTICLE


Deleting an article is not possible, otherwise you will loose your sales history. However you can mark an item as discontinued. Discontinued articles cannot be sold and will not appear in Price Lists, Stock Lists etc....


To discontinue an article:

1. Go to Stock >> Articles
2. Highlight the article from the list in the Detail Table - To find the article you can type in the barcode or the description and click on the blue arrows.
3. Click on the Magnifying Glass (Properties) and tick on the discontinued check box as illustrated below.
4. Save by clicking on the diskette.








UN-DELETING AN ARTICLE


If you choose to start selling an article which you previosly set as discontinued, you may. To un-delete an article:

1. Go to STOCK >> ARTICLES
2. Un-tick the Discontinued Flag in the Article Screen to show all articles.



3. Find the article you want to un-delete and click on the magnifying glass.
4. Un-tick the discontinued and save the article.
