Installing iLabPOS

POSSETUP.EXE is the installation file for iLabPOS.
If you have purchased iLabPOS online, then we have probably sent you two emails, one with an attached ZIP File and one with your Registration Key. In this case you first need to extract the installation file from the ZIP file we have sent you. Extract the contents of the ZIP file we sent anywhere on your computer, such as your Desktop.

If you try to click on the ZIP Attachment we have sent you and nothing happens, then you probably need to install Winzip. You can download Winzip from the popular download sites such as www.download.com.

Double click on POSSETUP.EXE and follow the set of easy steps to install iLabPOS on your computer.

We strongly suggest you install iLabPOS directly under c:\iLabPOS.

At any time, you can copy the iLabPOS directory with all its contents and move it anywhere, such as on a server or directly on your C:\ root directory.

iLabPOS does not install any DLL's, or any other files in any other location on your computer. This means that by copying the whole of the iLabPOS folder, you are copying a working version of the software. You can for example copy the whole iLabPOS folder on a Pen Drive, and run iLabPOS directly from your Pen Drive on any other computer.
